Terms of use
- These terms of use (the ‘Terms of Use’) apply to sustainabilityservices.eurofins.com (the ‘Website’), including any updates, and any of its end-users (the ‘User’) and are supplemental to any other terms and conditions regulating a relationship between Eurofins BLC Leather Technology Centre Ltd (‘Eurofins’) and the User.
- The Website and these Terms of Use may be subject to the discretionary change of the design, scope, and functional content at any time without prior notification to the Users.
- All data is secured to standard industry levels, which may include, for example, measures like advanced encryption techniques or sophisticated access controls. However, the Users acknowledge and agree that any use of connected modern technologies might never be completely private or secure. Any information transmitted or entered onto the Website may be read or intercepted by others.
- The Website may contain links to other independent third-party websites (‘Third-party Sites’). Eurofins do not bear any liability for their content nor for any data provided to those Third-part Sites (if any).

- The Users must keep their log-in credentials (specifically passwords) and any other account details secure and confidential.
- All intellectual property rights on the Website, and all materials (including text, images, logos, trademarks, links, and technologies) used in, for or in connection with the Website, belong to us or our licensors. Rights in the Website are licensed (not sold) to the Users; therefore, Users have no rights in, or to, the Website other than the right to use it in accordance with separate terms on the basis of which it is provided to the User individually or the enterprise or institution on behalf of which the User is appointed to use the Website (for example on behalf of a customer of ours) and these Terms of Use.
- In case of a breach these Terms of Use, appropriate countermeasures shall be taken by the Website provider, which may include restricting the User’s ability to use the Website in whole or in part, without prior notice and It may also be subject to administrative, civil or criminal liability.
- The Website is developed and maintained along with industry standards to keep it secure, accurate, up-to-date, and free from bugs and ensure uninterrupted and error-free use, but it comes without any warranty that it will be so. The Website is provided to the Users “as is” and may, occasionally, be unavailable in whole or in part due to technical maintenance or interruptions in communications and, therefore, any such bugs/errors or technological disruptions, including without limitation, any loss or distortion of any data, do not result in any liability for such occurrences.
- Except for any legal responsibility that cannot be excluded in law (such as for death or personal injury) or arising under applicable laws relating to the protection of Personal Data, the Website is delivered to the Users without any legal responsibility.
