Cotton traceability and transparency for textile supply chains

Available on-demand

Ensuring supply chain transparency is now a business-critical endeavour, with some countries even making supply chain verification and traceability a mandatory requirement. It’s likely that more regulations will be forthcoming globally.

With that in mind, Eurofins Consumer Product Testing has created a full suite of services for understanding and managing your cotton supply chain. This is delivered through a combination of tracing your supply chain, auditing through recognised cotton industry certification schemes and confirming cotton origin through our brand-new cotton origin verification testing service.

Cotton origin verification testing

This new service can validate cotton origin claims and ensure supply chain integrity using cotton samples from all key cotton growing regions, across the whole value chain; from raw cotton to finished articles. We verify consistency with claimed origin through a combination of analytical techniques including Stable Isotope Ratio Analysis (SIRA).
